I don't know, I guess that all depends on your relationship. My cousins and I used to do that kind of stuff, and it just meant that we thought the other one was looking good, we were just joking around, but if you don't like it, or feel uncomfortable, then ask her to stop.

Some family members are like that with each other, like me and my sister but I know shes just playing around, if you feel unconfortable ask her/him to not do it again that u dont feel right

I'm confused -- is "SEXII" your own cute little spelling of "sexy," or is your cousin saying "Sex II," like the second phase of sex?
