Is capoeira, but if your creating your own style you should worry if you are copying anyone or not. Ever herd the saying "nothing new under the sun?"
You don't want to mess with something already good unless you are doing it for reasons other than martial arts. Usually arts with a gimik are not so good and are either copys of other arts or a very poor new art, example would be viking fighting, or selestial kung fu or whatever

Capoeira is usually practiced accompanied by music played on an instrument called a Berimbau, so I'd guess that's what you meant. As for Penchak Silat, it does have some dance movements in it's forms, but it's an Indonesian martial art, not Filipino.

You're creating your own martial art, but don't want to copy others? That's a contradiction all on it's own. People that have created new systems over the years don't have to question if they are copying another art because they know the fundamentals of the other arts.
If it ends up that your moves DO copy another art, you'll be ridiculed and business will be done very quickly.
If someone came to you said... "Hey you should check out our new store, we've found a great way to manufacture Antiques", what would you think?
Read that sentence over and over until you get it, if it doesn't click at first reading.

man, the people on this post have horrible grammar.
and it's capoeira, by the way.
don't go creating your own art until you have a substantial amount of training in a traditional art already. otherwise, your lack of experience and wisdom will result in you failing horribly.
