My knee's are hot. Could that mean im growing?

ok, everytime im doing nothing my knee's get hot, and the pain in the back. how can i taller im getting taller? Any pains anywhere?

Your knees being hot means that you may have an infection going on but the only way to find out is to see your doctor. Before that happens though please let your parents know about this symptom.
