It is good to age gracefully at the same time to look after ones skin, muscles, bones and so on.
It has to be from within and outside. Not just skin.
So talk to a doc and see what natural ways you can replenish Calcium and such.
Exercise those muscles and body to tone it up. Keep it active. Then, try the beauty regime of applying those day and night lotions to keep skin healthy.
Clinique, Mary Kay... wall have these products. I use them regularly.
But go with one line brand at a time. Use for a month or two. Then change. Like if I use MK, I use all cleanser, lotions and lastly their Foundation.
That helps.
Mixing is not a good idea. Chemicals. Each range will have all the connecting chemicals.
I hope this helps.

An excellent question and for which there is an answer:
(1) Stay out of the sun, or if in the sun cover as much as you can ,wear protective cream. There is nothing as aging as infra red rays. Just look at 40 year old golfers. Their skin is like leather.
(2) Live a spartan diet, remembering that the nemesis of good health is sugar, salt and animal fat.
(3) If possible choose to work and live in a clean air environment. The oldest living people in the world live at 10,000 feet in Chile where 100 year olds are common and 105 year olds are still mobile and healthy.
(4) Learn to live stress free by developing a positive attitude, believing in God and being your brother's helper. People who have been able to adopt this life style live longer and look forever young.
(5) Arrange to exercise every day. People who retire and sit on the porch soon wither and die. Those who remain active, walking, lifting and laboring for others less fortunate appear to be younger than anyone.
(6) Moderation in everything. People who eat, work and play to EXCESS lose their youthful looks faster than those who measure their lives and leave time for meditation and joyful thoughts.
(7) Finally, be very careful in your choice of grandparents. Those who choose grandparetns who, themselves look young and liver long, useful and happy lives also keep young looking.

Well, before that happen you must understand one thing and that is, all living things will age and eventually die. But then again the process of aging is not a one night process. It will take years for you to get old and by the time you get there you may or may not want to get young again. Anyway the best way for you to slow the process of aging, is that you have to eat right and exercise often and most importantly always have a good 8 to 9 hours sleep. Simple to hear but hard to follow. Good luck with your anti aging campaign...

There are plenty of ways to keep your skin from aging, first off, prevention is key! No smoking ciggies, or staying in the tanning bed for thousands of hours of your life, and wear sun screen when you go outside... second, there are some very inexpensive ways to help keep your skin soft, smooth, and wrinkle free! Vitamins, are a good place to start, prenatal vitamins have excellent amounts of just about everything you need. Adding salts or baking soda to your bath are also extremely good for your skin! Other than that, just use lotion on a regular basis to keep skin soft, and anything with vitamin e in it is good for the elasticity of the skin (which I believe prevents some wrinkles)!

While getting out in the sun on a regular basis is healthy, too much sun is not. If you really want to avoid aging, the first place to start is not tanning excessively. You'll also want to maintain a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise.
Beyond that, a lot of what happens when you get older is genetic and right now there isn't much you can do to prevent it.

Don't go tanning. Always use sun screen when out for long periods of time. Wash your face daily. Don't overdo the makeup- none to light would be best. Eat healthy. Drink plenty of water. Make sure you get enough vitamins. Exercise regularly.

take care of yourself. I'm told by many that I don't look my age, that I look younger. All I do is get plenty of rest, eat the right food, stay fit, put my faith in God and go ahead, all that cream and age defining lotions is not for me. sometimes it messes your skin up. just go with what God has given you I say. If you wrinkle up then it was meant to be. if you keep living age is going to eventually show. don't believe age is just a number, because if you don't take care of yourself more than age and it's lotion is going to show on you body. take good care you self, deserve it.

Die. The only way to stop aging is to die. If you mean how do you stop from wrinkling sooner, moisturize your skin more often, good genes help too. both my mom and dad look half as young as they are. Frown less, causes wrinkle lines on your forehead

The only thing you can do is lead a healthy lifestyle. Don't smoke or drink excessively, nourish your body with water everyday, and don't eat too much junk food.
