Broken Kodak V803 camera?

The lens zoom thing, wont pop out. It just makes a twisting sound. Can anyone help me?

R.I.P. Kodak V803. It sounds as though you've damaged it somehow. Since repairs will be at your expense and likely cost more than a new camera its time to begin shopping.
