What hairstyles should I try for work?

I work in a Fresh Food Department at the Supermarket - so I am always wearing a hat. But my hair is too short to put into a ponytail. And my hair normally goes crazy if I leave it.

So any ideas on what to do? Anyway, quick and easy ideas?

And no..I am not shaving my head ^^

umm....straighten it the night before, or in the morning, curl it, like put mouuse or hairspray, scrunch it, make it wavy......
