if a guy wants a friend s with benefits situation does that automatically mean your not good enough for anything else with him?

I do not think a friends with benefit will lead to a meaningful relationship. If you just wanted to have fun and someone to hang out with then it may be ok for you.

not always.. some people don't like to be too tied down to anyone.....

But most of the times it's someone to have sex with until somebody better comes along....
