What types of Jobs are there that are Family Friendly?

I am wondering what type of jobs I should be looking for that would be a day job (1st shift) preferably monday through friday but Saturdays can work wit, full time, and requires no degree (but have high school education)?

Building trades don't require college but do require apprenticeship.
