Satan is the ruler of this wicked system. In the Bible, Jesus exposes him more than anyone. He is a real spirit person. Not some figment of your imagination. He is called several things among them being manslayer. He introduced death into the world. After God's war against wickedness- Armageddon, the earth will be turned into a beautiful paradise, with Christ as King of this heavenly government, that is to rule over earthly subjects. No human has the power or love to necessary to help mankind. The people you put in office may mean well, but that's not enough. What Jesus brings will last forever and ever. There won't be need for another "election". Now Jesus took what we all deserve. He suffered for you and I. So ask yourself what are you doing for him? The Bible is God's letter to you and can answer all the questions you have. You are not the first and won't be the last to ask this question. You will learn a whole lot if you get connected with those who know the Bible and preaching and teaching and following it themselves. Do your homework. It's not what you like, it's what's true and what can provide you with the knowledge you need to save your life.

Of course. How many times do you think Daniel sinned when in the lion's den overnight? Or Jacob as he wrestled with the angel? Or Moses when he was receiving the 10 Commandments in the mountain. That took 40 days. He was in the very presence of God.

The question should not be is it possible not to sin. Afterall, Jesus never sinned, and He did not use any power that was not readily available to us. But, why do we go on sinning when the Holy Spirit is so ready and willing to keep us from sinning?

One day, God will have a church, a people, without spot of blemish, without wrinkle or sin, ready to meet Jesus when he comes in the clouds of heaven. In times of great tribulation, when we are faced with trusting in God alone or perishing, those who place their faith wholly in God will not sin upon pain of death. All the dross of sin has been burned off and God's people will shine as pure gold, showcasing God's manifold wisdom to the surrounding universe. God's name will be vindicated. Satan claimed it was impossible to live a life free from sin, that the Law could not be kept. Yet here, on this planet, surrounded by sin and sinners, with Satan almost in full control, threatening to kill the remnant of God's people, during the time of the Mark of the Beast, the law will be kept by the power of the Holy Spirit, the same Holy Spirit that guided Jesus and protected Him from sinning when He lived on this earth.

Don't you want to be in that number, when the saints go marching in?
