No. Would that not be defeating the purpose of becoming a follower of the teachings of Christ? At John 8:31, 32, Jesus said: "If you remain in my word, you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." Lying has no place in true Christianity.

Well now, you are saying two different things.
"Christians, would you lie to get somebody to believe in Jesus?"
No.
"Since only the followers of Jesus can get into heaven, would you lie to help somebody get there?"
That's a different thing. The way you put this question, it doesn't say who I would be lying to. If there was a group of armed men searching for someone who wasn't saved, and I could save his life by lying to the group, yes, I would. I would not tell them where the guy was hidden.

Jehovah Witnesses do not understand, that if Jesus were not God, this would mean His death was not sufficient to pay the penalty for our sins (1 John 2:2). Only God had the authority to do this, and the ability to die and be resurrected proving victory over sin and death (2 Corinthians 5:21). Satan knows that if he can convince people like the Jehovah Witnesses and others to believe Jesus is just a "son", prophet, or teacher, they are also stating Jesus had no salvation value whether they realize it or not. You can not have an unquestionable faith and understanding of God if you are unable to grasp the most important fact that Jesus and God are the same.

Everything a Christian says is a lie because there is no truth in the existence of their idea of a God. The existence of the universe is every bit as a system as nature is on this planet. It is a force that knows nothing of its existence just like this solar system and the planets that orbits the sun.
The only true intelligence exist in the spirit which man also possess. Of course Christian can't get behind this truth because their minds has be tainted usually from birth.

What is there to lie about? The truth about Jesus is enough to convince someone if they want to be saved. If you lie then that person would not believe because he does not now the truth. And also it is a sin.

Of course they would. The question you should ask is, "how many times has a Christian tried to lie to you to get you to believe?"

No and go to hell!!!!!!! That's pointless. Sure I want you to go to heaven but I certainly don't want to miss out. You accept the word of God or you don't. Could you imagine what the punishment would be for someone lying on God my my my.... thank goodness the God I serve is forgiving

Absolutely not.
That would only shatter the new christian's faith once the falsehood was discovered. We are charged as christians to be bearers of the truth. Lying to get someone to believe it kinda defeats the purpose.

I wouldn't have to lie. I would tell them what I know and then hope that they would believe in Jesus and if they didn't, I would hope that God and Jesus would forgive them and allow them to go into heaven anyway.
