I thought you weren't allowed to have open drinks in a vehicle

Typically “yes” if it is legal in your area. The laws vary from state to state so ask when you book the limousine.

Underage drinking in a limousine is ILLEGAL, no matter what state you live in and a reputable company WILL NOT allow it..........

A limousine driver CAN be charged with open bottle/ container if passengers are allowed to exit the limo with a drink in hand...even if they are just standing outside the door! This is also the same for someone coming from a home or bar with a drink.

Alcohol is allowed on the interior of a licensed limousine because of the partition between the front and rear. NOT OUT OF THE VEHICLE.


My Uncle owns a big Limo service here in Louisiana...

Limo is different; the driver is separated from the passengers.

u can drink any kind of alchohol in the back of a limo. its allowed

As long as you are not driving, it is legal to drink if you are of legal age.

its legal here in oz.....you can drink in a car as long as your not driving
