There are 2 things.

First is the passive part of learning a language. Read a lot of books, with dialogues. Read read read. Children's books are good if you find adult books to hard, and reader books with English and your native language side by side are good for harder books. Listen, watch movies, but also do listening exerices.

The evidence is that these passive learning approaches will help your speaking.

Also, you should practice language production. If you can talk in English, talk. Make friends, join English clubs and so on. If that is not practical then chat online. You can use spoken English, but in writing.

Get an English or Language program, find a website, or watch an English movie. That's all I can think of.

I hope that helps!

Practice the sounds that are hard for you to make. Maybe ask somebody to teach you the mechanics of them, where to put your tongue, how to position your lips, stuff like that. Then practice, a lot. My daughter was almost 5 before she produced an "L" sound.
