When the things of the mind don’t fill your heart, then there is love; and love alone can transform the present madness and insanity in the world—not systems, not theories, either of the left or the right. You can really love only when you do not possess, when you are not envious, not greedy, when you are respectful, when you have mercy and compassion, when you have consideration for your wife, your children, your neighbour, your unfortunate servants.
Love cannot be thought about, love cannot be cultivated, love cannot be practised. The practice of love, the practice of brotherhood, is still within the field of the mind, therefore it is not love. When all this has stopped, then love comes into being, then you will know what it is to love.

If you have anxiety that is overwhelming, see a medical professional. Some people have such horrid panic attacks to the point that they think that they're having a heart attack and are afraid that they're going to die! Psychiatrists see this type of thing quite often. They can give you anti-anxiety medications, antidepressants, (Paxil, Zoloft etc.) and they really work wonders. Counseling can sometimes help. The medications help to correct an imbalance with the seratonin, and when this is corrected - sometimes it is like lifting a veil and letting you see the future in a very positive light. Good Luck!

Anxiety comes from work load, Heavry pressure of domestic/office issue, alone at home without doing all the time. This can be happen to those people who think that there is noone is loveing him/her, this is main features to create anxiety which leads to phobia.
Spare much of the time with relatives and friends specially same age, talk nicely and have fun time and go out while there is morning sun. Morning sun bath gives extra energy to the bodies who keep healthy.
Medication (Allopathy) time being cure like prozac etc. but no final solution. Cures only in our heart, therefore who wish they must be strong wish and should be positive attitude.
TRY MY ADVICE AND LET ME KNOW.

Find metods to release this anxity which builds up in u by doing some hard body warming works,,,IT HELPS....

listen music and if u can dance, than recall time when you were happy wtever may be the reason behind that.than think (imagine it) you have achieved already ( any thing ) that you want in life and feel happiness.
or make a scatch / drawing /painting .
or do prayer (God) with feeling that you r becoming happy.
practice it!

i my self had anxiety Disorder while growing up,which i inherited
from my mother,and it took me a lot of years to overcome it.
its all about your MIND playing tricks on you and you fall for it
every time,imagined fears,worries,phobias that controls you,!
Develop a habit of talking to your self (quietly>>not out loud)
like playing Tennis with your anxious thoughts,keep hitting it till they calm down (like soda water)and eventually fade away.
practise that AND master that skill,which would be a greatest HELP to eliminate anxiety disorder(it will take a lot of effort)
DON'T give in to your thoughts,or let it control you..
STAY AWAY from drugs that causes Hyper tension ,whether
its legal or illegal Drugs.

Meditation and breathing exercises really help me. And yeah so do my meds, really would like to stop taking them.
