Scientology is the belief in yourself and what you can be by the use of their program.
Christianity is the belief in God as your creator and our need to submit to him, not ourselves.

Scientology teaches that mankind is an immortal being (called a Thetan) not originally from this planet that is trapped by matter, energy, space, and time (MEST). Salvation for a Scientologist comes through a process called 'auditing,' whereby 'engrams' (basically, memories of past pain and unconsciousness that create energy blockage) are removed. Auditing is a very lengthy process and can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. When all engrams are finally removed, the Thetan can once again control MEST instead of being controlled by it. Until salvation, each Thetan is constantly reincarnated.
Scientology is, without a doubt, a cult: Its teachings are taken from science fiction and eastern mythologies; It promotes man as the ultimate power in the universe--he just hasn't realized it yet; Salvation comes through an extremely expensive process of mind games; and it categorically denies the existence of the God of the Bible, Heaven, and Hell. To a Scientologist, Jesus Christ was just another nice guy who unfortunately was wrongfully put to death, and whose story ends at that death.

I believe you are asking what is scientology, and what is Christianity. I am not exactly sure what scientology is. I think...that it is a belief in doing good here on earth. The here and now . I am not sure, but i think they do not believe in a hereafter.
Christianity is believing in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, believing He died for our sins, and that we are forgiven, by believing in His resurrection. Jesus is God, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and only thru Him, do we get into Heaven.

They do have some strange beliefs. Way different to Christianity. I use to get stuff in the mail from them for awhile to join them but didn't answer back and did eventually stop. Their leader is a strange looking alien from a weird planet.
Read the Holy Bible, if you want to know the truth about life and where we came from.

Scientology is a religion based around the teaching of one L Ron Hubbard. It does not make the moral side of its teachings public - or indeed any of its other teachings. It is well known for both taking a lot of money from its members, and for believing something about dropping frozen aliens into the volcanoes of Hawaii.
Christianity is a religion that is supposed to be based around the teachings of a man known as Jesus Christ. Its teachings are quite public. They are well known for such things as "love your enemy" and believing that Jesus rose from the dead.

Scientology is a deliberate joke. L. Ron Hubbard, its inventor, set out to create a custom religion from scratch (pun intended, for the careful readers). Whether he always had money in mind, or whether he just wanted to see if he could pull it off, I don't know. Anyway, Scientology envisions "salvation" very differently from Christianity. According to Scientology, an ancient race of aliens has passed into spiritual existence, but they are nasty and they have attached themselves to humans. To rid yourself of them you must pay the Scientology insiders to use secret techniques to drive these beings away. Once you are free of them, you will have superior thoughts & emotions, control over pain, etc. Also, if you have a disability in this life it is because in one of your former existences you were bad, so you just deserve it, so sorry too bad. One article said this:
"Pending charges against more than 100 of its overseas church members include fraud, extortion, capital flight, coercion, illegally practicing medicine and taking advantage of mentally incapacitated people... "As long as the organization's opponents and victims are successfully squelched, Scientology's managers and lawyers will keep pocketing millions of dollars by helping it achieve its ends."
--Richard Behar, "Scientology: Cult of Greed and Power," Time, 5/6/91
By contrast, Christian salvation says you, not aliens and not former lives, are the cause of all your spiritual troubles, and Jesus Himself, not expensive psycho-spiritual specialists, can help you for free. In Christianity, your problem is sin. You need to be forgiven. Once you turn to Jesus for forgiveness, he gives you his Holy Spirit free of charge, and helps you live a life of love that is pleasing to him and helpful to others. The disabled are not disabled because of former lives, but because of the general effect of sin in the world. Bad genetics, bad accidents happen, but we are all equally in need of God's forgiveness, and anyone so forgiven treats the disabled with love, as equal brothers and sisters.

If I wanted to know good and bad about a toyota car I would not go to the toyota site, or to the ford site. And I would not ask here and get a war between toyota and ford owners.
I would visit a neutral site and read about both of them together.
Here are a couple you might check out...

Well lets see....
Scientologists supposedly believe in a trapped god, learning how to get along without his help, becoming completely in control of their universe even to the point of someday doing magic. (this is secret knowledge that only the top scientologists know so most scientologists just take self-help classes). Their religion was created by a scifi writer.
Christians believe that their god is here now. They believe that if they pray to Jesus then they will gain forgiveness of their sins, direction in their life, answers to stress, and miracles. Their religion was created by a carpenter. They believe in symbolic eating of flesh and drinking of blood, pushing babies under water to save them, speaking in strange languages, and some of them kiss snakes.
Scientologists supposedly are very pushy about their religion, get mad if people say bad things about it, and pester you if you try to leave.
Christians supposedly NEVER are pushy about their religion, and supposedly NEVER get mad at doubters, and of course they NEVER pester people who decide to leave.
Scientology charge money for their self help courses. From $50 for the Communications course up to $150 per hour for one-on-one counseling.
Christianity wants you to give "10% of all of your increase to God, the firstfruits" (that means ten percent of all of your incomes and gains before taxes and withholdings)
Scientologists make war on psychiatry for giving drugs that do not cure but only to make the person more managmable
Christians make war on... well.... pretty much everyone and everything
