Why does naturally blonde hair become darker?

I am a natural blonde - my hair colour was white blonde and now it is a dark blond/light brown colour. Is there any way I can change it back?

Spend a lot of time in the sun, it is the only way unless you dye it lighter

Just dye it. Or by Sun-in.
