Title explains most of it, but here's the thing, I don't mean jobs around the house or the neighborhood, real jobs (part-time)

You cant.Im 14 and tried getting a job and
not even i could.
I have the work permit right here,and heres
what it says about people ages younger then
14:
Labor laws gennerally prohibit nonfarm employment of children younger then 14.Special rules apply to agricultural work,domestic work and the intertainment industry.

It looks like your going to be doing a lot of household work lke gardening.
Id wait if i was you.Im willing to wait untill im
16.If you really need money,do household work.
Its the only way.
Unless you wanna be a gardener or a porn star...

Outside of babysitting and cleaning yards you're too young to get a "real" job like a store or at the mall or even a fast food place.

part time landscaping most places require special work permits for a thirteen year old to work on some ones payrole
for taxes and such but under the table yard work is more likely to more lucrative then working for a company.

How about babysitting?

Businesses require you to be 14 before you can be employed because of child labor laws.
