I live in Gympie and he lives in Kilcoy. And he is with a sixteen year old. That I don't trust mind you. Who is now pregnant to him. He has only spent two hours with his daughter in the last 10 months.

Talk to your Mom and see if she can help here. The fact that he is with a 16 year old will go against him.

Does he pay child support? If he does and isn't behind on payments then He has as much right to 50/50 as you do. Now if he is an adult and dating a 16yr old then he is breaking the law I believe everywhere but Arkansas

Uhhh... 16 is underage in most states... as in statutory rape.
I would recommend talking to the judge on this one.
If the trust issue wasn't there, I would say that the ex can just do all the driving... as long as the kid doesn't miss any school.

well unless you can prove he's an unfit parent there's nothing you can do,the laws have changed unfortunately,i would still put in an appeal & fight it as much as i can though if i were you,i would'nt want a 16y old looking after my child either,way too young!! amongst many other reasons.

HI JAZZY MY DEAR FRIEND, IF I WAS IN YOUR SHOES AS I KNOW A BIT OF HIS PAST I WOULD NOT ALLOW IT. IF MY EX TRIED THIS WITH ME I WOULD MAKE THEM HAVE THERE TIME WITH THE CHILD IN MY OWN TOWN SO IF ANYTHING HAPPENED I WAS CLOSE BY. BUT YOU HAVE THE FINALE DECISION MY FRIEND.
