I mean something like this: I can type in a food such as a carrot, and the calculator will automatically put in the appropriate calories? And give me a total after I enter each food?

Im a member of Calorie-Count.com Its free to join! It even has an "Analysis" part that tells you if what you ate for the day was good or not through a Grade System (I got a B- today) It has really helped me lose weight and learn to be "accountable" for what I eat and shouldnt eat. If youre interested in joinging theres also a Forum/Message Board to answer or ask questions in and each membership has a Journal to post in and Friends/Groups to join.

My favorite site for things like that is:
www.caloriesperhour.com
You can calculate everything on there..from foods you eat, to calories burned doing different activities.
