There is no such thing. It is completely forbidden to deliberately embarass someone.
About the closest you would ever get is if somebody is put into "cherem" (a kind of excommunication), in which the local community would be informed of the situation since a person in cherem is denied specific priveleges and rights in regards to communal facilities and positions.
