Not much they can do. If they make a stink about it they will have to show the bomb site. If it is a nuclear reactor facility they where working on in secret, they will have to let the world know. Then they will have to explain why they are trying to build one in secret that is clearly not for nuclear power.
Its like they got mugged doing a drug deal, you can not go to the police and complain about it.

Lifes a bit*ch when you have an official declaration of War against another country, that you refuse to revoke.
Thats why Syria has not brought the matter to the UN.
Israel is well within thier rights to attack Syria anytime they want to under international law.
Since Syria, has officially declared war on Israel.
You did notice, that not even the other Arab countries, came to Syria's defense publicly.

The way they usually do by bearing their chest and tell the world they are the victims of Israeli aggression. . . . . . .
We wont believe them anyway in the past history shows Syria to be an aggressor and nothing has changed.
OR
only after they confess to their involvement in trying to destabilize Lebanon along with their buddy's in IRAN.
