Inform your credit card company - file a claim with them.

Let them take care of it. Your not likely to get anywhere with a 1- man bedroom conman who has a flashy retail website promising you all this and all that.

You put your trust in the wrong website. There are tons of sites with offers too good to be true. And they are usually scams.

Using a credit card is the smart way to purchase online since you can file a dispute with the credit card company and get the charge removed. If your uncle didn't do that, he should. Don't waste time calling the company trying to get a refund.

I don't know if it's true or not, but your uncle should call the credit card company and dispute the charge!

It could be either one. There are ways to get this taken care of if he tried hard enough. A call to local Better Business Bureau might be able to help. The credit card co might be able to assist in some e way.
Or he could be lying to you.

The company might be able to screw you but your credit card company has more power. If the web company fraudulently took your money you need to report it to the credit card company.
