Yes, but they are treated privately and not shared with others (at least in my lab) What we are looking for is color, contrast, lint etc etc. If an image is not up to snuff, then we reprint with corrections to give you a better looking photo.

As photoace said, quality control demands it. So if you have photographed something that is either morally objectionable or worse, illegal, then pray you dont get turned into the authorities.

Having worked in a small lab I can tell you first hand every pic was checked for quailty, exposure, color etc.
If its not illegal dont worry about it.
