Get him alone where it's peaceful and quiet without any chances that you two will be interrupted. Sit next to him and talk. During the conversation, maintain good eye contact. Look deep into his eyes without staring. Try to tell him that you want him to kiss you through your eyes. Glance at his lips once in a while. Touch him lightly on the arm or hand while talking. Smile! How good a kiss is depends on the individuals. It's never a sure thing.........

That depends on how confident you are. When I was in that situation, I'd do 1 of 3 things...
1. Go up to the guy and say "Kiss me, right now." If he says "What?", which they usually do, just tell him "I'm serious. I want you to kiss me right now." That will turn most guys on immediately, and they'll usually do as you ask.
2. Walk up to the guy and kiss him without saying word. If he acts like he doesn't like it, just say "Okay, I was just curious." Then smile and walk away. That way there's no chance for rejection. If he liked it, he'll want to do it again.
3. Get all cuted up, arrange it so you and he are alone for a bit to talk. Flirt and wait for him to kiss you.

k frist DONT LOOK SLUTY HE WILL THINK THATS WHAT U ARE ... but look nice wear a nice skirt and a boob showing shirt not alot of boob though, while talking to him have some drinks dont be drunk but have a buzz the both of you ok then as he is talking lick ur bottom lip a little and bit it a very little and wait it he see it then start playing with ur hands mayb on ur thighs and then ur on ur shirt near ur boobs.... if u still have ur drunk spill a little on ur boobs ok and slowly whipe it off and lick ur figure it was on if he still is not kissing u get up and walk a way drop something pick it up slowly and keep walking away ..... if he comes back thats great if not the u know he will never make the first move

u can't control if its gonna be a good or bad 1st kiss so don't count ur hopes up. how did u know that he likes you too? did he tell you? if he had told you, then you can remind him of the day he told you that and tell him that you like him too (again) then ask him if its okay for you to kiss him. good luck.

It will happen, but its always a 2 way thing where you don't know what the other person if going to do. Maybe have a drink with him to ease the situation. ;p But thats not always the right way to do it..
