Im 20 she's 17.
its kind of in a rough time frame in our lives... because someone 31 with a 24 year old is cool. or 45 and 32. Get the jist? even though its only 3 years is this odd?
Im 20, Ill be 21 in April.

I'm 83.
Last week. I married an 18-year-old girl.
She's upstairs right now, checking over our account with the milkman.
Haven't seen her for about four hours.
I wonder if they'd like a cup of tea?.

it's more about the maturity level and if there is chemistry between you two. That age difference is really not that big.
as for your comment that someone who is 31 and the other person 24 being cool, is rather odd. Why would that be cool? It's what works for people.

The more important question is...would it be appropriate to date her? If she is in high school and you are in college, that's awkward. Three years isn't a big deal, no. I'm dating a man two years younger than myself and I can't tell. Is she mature enough to be on your level? Do you feel like an old person around her? Good luck

No not really me and my girlfriend there is a 6 yr difference she is 27 im 21, Its how you get on together and how comfortable you feel with them what matters age doesnt matter unless your 55 and she is 12 lol (Gary Glitter style)

Sounds okay.
Girls usually are a little more mature anyway. Just be careful about the level of sexual activity, at 17 she is still legally a minor.

Yeah shes almost 18 sounds fine to me. Now if she was 16 that'd be kind of weird but keep up with it.

i think i see what you mean. jut 3 years, but she's still a minor.. not an adult yet. once she hits her 20s, it;ll probably feel much better. if it gets too awkward btween u 2, then its probably best to be just friends, because awkard relationships betwen anyone with any age diff is never good!

hey jeff.
well.. i'm in the same situation. but a little different. my boyfriends 18, and i'm 15. he turns 19 in may and i turn 16 this november.
but it really doesn't matter about age in my vision as long as you guys connect and like/love each other.. but i wouldn't worry about it, unless she just acts to young or something. good luck. hopefully this may help.

Its fine for now but I warn you in April you will be legal and you may want to explore whats out there and I do mean bars and/or niteclubs.
