if you are talking plain black ice tea with nothing added, then no real nutritional value at all. except some minerals etc. as well as some antioxidents.

Iced tea contains only 10% of antioxidants found in a regular tea, according to a US Department of Agriculture study.

It is not great.

it has no calories unless sugar or milk is added, and it contains the normal barrage of substances which make tea popular, like antioxidants and EGCG.
