You might have Paget's disease of the skull. It's a metabolic bone disease where you bones grow too fast, but not normally. They grow more porous and so your head could've gotten larger.

The best test is a bone scan and then a visit to a specialist.

Assuming you are a fully grown adult, the most likely cause of continued growth of your head is Acromegaly. This is an endocrine disorder involving excess production of growth hormone. It may be a good idea to get a medical evaluation. Best wishes and good luck.
