note: im only 13 going into the drugstore and asking the employees about prenatal vitamins will be a bit strange..

Well lets hope at 13 u r not pregnant. But if you are looking for your hair to grow using a vitamin try Biotin for hair and nails at any vitamin store.

just buy biotin. its will help your hair and nails grow. or go to gnc and get the hair and nail formula.
