I had a hard time with this also. What I did was thought well I know him well by now so I should know. I went for the thing I knew he needed a watch (inexpensive) and a nice belt because he has lost weight. This also let the person know you have been listening. Then a special night of attention with clothing you know he likes, basicly celabrate the year together.

If you are in--
Middle School: Decorate a peice of paper with pictures of you two with hearts and doodles, a flower and a kiss?
Teenager- Long love letter or poem, some tickets to something that he likes, (ball games aren't romantic) a painting of him is always good if you are artistic, he'll love that.
Adult- Romantic dinner with candles and stuff, or what would be really cool if you can afford it is admission to some fancy hotel!

My lovely girlfriend bought me a really nice watch for our 1 year. Our second year, a guitar. I love her so much and every time I look at my watch I think of her. Every time I play my guitar I think of Amy Lee from Evanescence.....I would really like to meet her.....OH, Sorry, I got sidetracked....Uh, yeah....a watch is a great gift. I was being serious when I said I think of her each time I look at my watch.

how about a sexy pic of you,nothing nude just something like you laying on a bed with a rose in your hand, wearing a nice little outfit keep it sexy an not naughty, or even get his name printed on a pair of your underwear can do that at some of those t-shirt shops that make shirts. hope these are helpful
