to put it rather simply... your question doesn't really make sense.
Judaism does not teach that Judaism is the only true path or any such thing.
"Chosen" in Judaism only means that we are the ones he chose to be the messengers and that we were the ones chosen to be given and carry the law and books and knowlege of God, and to eventually be the people to teach the rest of the world about how to know God as we do. this does not imply being better or anything like that.
it simply would not make any sense by what the chosenness means in Judaism, to say that we're all gods chosen. ... I mean it just doesn't fit, and this meaning is just really not what its supposed to be.
this does NOT mean that only jews are saved or forgiven or any such thing. remember in Judaism theres also no eternal hell, no original sin, and no devil.
(no devil, "The Satan" of the old testament, is NOT the devil, but an angel working under god's will.)
interestingly what the "sheep that ye know not of" makes me think of the beleifs that some american indian tribes have/had. some of the american indian tribe's beliefs are monotheistic by jewish standards, and are extremely similar to jewish belief in some very interesting ways.
and on this point, some jewish people who've come to understand this, do feel that its possible that our God "contacted" people other than us, in a different but relatively similar way, most particularly these tribes and their ancestors.

You have to bear in mind that being a chosen people isn't necessarily fun. As Tevye (Fiddler on the Roof) said to G-d, "Couldn't you choose someone else every once in awhile?"
Jews believe that G-d offered the gift of Torah to every other nation first, and no one else would take it. One nation objected to the ban on sexual immorality, another wanted to worship different gods, etc. Only the Jews accepted the Torah--before they even heard what it said. :/ But it was offered to others first, and refused.
And also know that being chosen doesn't mean that Jews are better than other peoples. It simply means that they were chosen (or they chose!) to be the keepers of Torah, and to be the nation that is supposed to bring G-d's light to the world.
Again--being chosen isn't easy. It means we have to keep kosher. It means we have to keep Shabbos. It means we are supposed to be meticulous in both our outward behavior and our inner life. And that's not always fun...
And it's not as though we even believe that we have an inside corner on heaven. We believe that "the righteous of all nations have a place in the world to come."
So: What I've just told you is EXACTLY what Jews believe about their chosen status. We believe that we are blessed, yes--but that blessing is sometimes...well, difficult.
As far as what Jesus said, I can't imagine what bearing that has on Jews, or on their chosen status.

Actually we as Jews are not taught we're the chosen children Christianity kind of invented that when we say chosen we say that we chose to follow the Torah when Christians say chosen they mean chosen by God because they want to have something to yell at us for really.

All of us are special in our own way and we are the chosen ones no matter what we believe in. We'll all evolve for the better
