Well, I have been having pain and tingling in my hand, fingers, 4arm, and sometimes a little higher up (bicep, shoulder). I went for a Carpal Tunnel Test and it was a no for that. What other conditions can cause this kind of pain. I don't always have the pain, unless I do something to bring the pain on. For instance: If I throw something (ball, etc.) I immediately feel the pain and tingling.

What could be wrong?

It sounds like the ulnar nerve is impinged somewhere from the spine in the neck area to the hand. This can be very painful. See an orthopedic surgeon for this problem. I finally had to have surgery after years of wasting money on chiropractors, internests, neurosurgeons, and the like. Now am much improved. It was caused by collapsing vertebrae.
