When boiling live lobster do they really scream with their mouth or does the steam flowing through the lobsters shell make a noise that sounds like a scream??

No they don't scream... they have no central nervous system so they don't feel any pain. It is the steam flowing through their shell.

That's air escaping through the shells.
They die almost instantly when boiled.

lobsters can't scream they don't have vocal cords.

The sound is air escaping from their shell.

Yes, the proper way is, you put them
in cold water with ice, it kind of puts
them in a coma, and they will not
make a sound when you cook them
