It could just be my Redneck raising, or maybe the hood rats I used to hang out with, but whenever a situation like that came up with me and my friends...

It always ended in a fight. And just so you know, hood rats beat karate lessons every time. I am a female that was only taught how to fight by my dad, my commanding officer and the fights I was in. I have kicked the asses of a few male "Martial Arts Champs" Martial arts help, but there are no rules in a high school fight. Everything is allowed. I hope your buddy is tougher than the other guy. Because, in the end, it's the tougher, faster one that will win.

Your martial arts friend should be able to take this other guy with no problem but has probably learned when to control that as well. If there is any evidence of this guy grabbing her butt and breast though, a police report should be filed because this guy may go on to do that to other girls as well. a complaint should also be filed with the school as well. Since your friend is a black belt, depending upon how the fight happens he could be charged with assault with a deadly weapon in some areas perhaps, a fact this other buy may be counting on. try the complaint with the school and possibly the police first if there is any evidence.

What does the girl have to say about all this? Your friend would be better off backing away for a while. Three years of dating. Do you mean from grade 6 to grade 9? You're all pretty young to be in a mess like this.

What the other guy is doing is objectionable in the extreme, no matter what his age is. If all of you are in the same school, it's time the school counsellor was brought in ... for all your sakes. If the girl is encouraging this situation, she needs to be told about it. If not, she needs to be protected. And not by your martial arts buddy. By an adult.

Hope you get things right, and soon.

He's not in over his head. Your friend needs to kick the tough guy's ***. Once will be enough. The tough guy will back down and leave the girl alone. It would be helpful if you and his other friends were tough, too, and kept a united front and showed the tough guy that you have your friend's back. People are afraid of tough guys with tough friends. If you're only in the 9th grade this is a great way to have a good 4 years of high school - people won't mess with you.

Don't listen to the people who say confrontation is bad - in high school it's necessary for boys to learn to stand up for themselves and kick some butt once in a while. Violence isn't always the answer, but in this situation, yeah, it is. And if you're considered this guy's friend, girls are going to follow you guys around like groupies. Great precedent to start at such a young age!

That Caroline chick is right. That would be sexual harrasment. Now, I don't know what kind of school you go to, but I go to a school in Maine with 500 kids in it. Im also in 10th grade, & the same thing is probably going to happen to me. Anyway, have your friend talk to this girl. Unless she is more into dumb muscle, have her talk to the vice principle or guidance counselor about the grabbing. Get the kid in trouble. Have a restaining order or something. Then there is no fighting or bitching or anything. Everyone but Thor wins.

If he's really a black belt then the tough guy's in for a good beating! My daughter had exactly the same problem with her ex. He thought he was a tough guy, one fractured eye socket and a broken jaw later he realised what had hit him! A first Dan black belt took two minutes to inflict those injuries and he was the quietest nicest guy you'd ever wish to meet! lol. Have a great day.

This may be more serious than you think. You may want to tell your friend to talk to his girlfriend and her parents. Today, this is called sexual harrassement and should be reported.

You can do it without anyone of them knowing. This is a serious offense and if you don't take action, someone could get seriously hurt. Fighting over a girl or a boy is not cool. It's stupid. You may want to ask your friend, what is the girl doing or saying to invite this negative behavior. Welcome to adulthood. Please do the responsible thing.

That is sexual harrassment. She should report it to the principal if it's happening at school or to the police. She can get a protective order to keep him away from her. Nothing is gained by fighting.

he sounds like a future rapist. she should tell someone at the school. He could get suspended or expelled if that keeps up. Although it'd be pretty cool if your friend kicked the other guy's ***. His girl would love him even more for it.
