I have a fifth of Absolut vodka, and some Apple Cider, sitting in the fridge. No party, just me tonight playin some games figured i mine as well get drunk or borderline drunk (Army PT tomorrow cant get sh1tfaced and be hungover) anyway, what ratio would be good??? like 70/30, 70 being the apple cider? And should i add ice or what? i dont got much as far as flavoring goes, only vanilla syrup and, yuck no thank you, for coffee only. I have diet pepsi i guess that might work. Basically, im a guy and im use to drinking beer! beer beer BEER!!! Yummm, but i have vodka instead, couldnt pass up this deal from a friend, 10$ for a whole fifth! unopened plastic and everything attached!!! Any ideas???

Sounds like it would be fine. Rum would be better. Give it a try and find out! Put one shot in a medium sized glass with ice. You can always add more cider or more vodka.

The thing about vodka is that it really has or showed have no flavor. Vodka show be clear and crisp. The name vodka comes from the wodka polish for water. That being said vodka can be mixed with anything. A Bullshot is beef broth and vodka (yuck). So long story longer you can mix cider and vodka. How much depends on you. As a bartender though, I would grab a tumbler and fill it with ice. Pour vodka till about 1/3 to 1/4 full then fill with apple cider. Thats how a bartender would do it.

I don't know why you want to spoil fresh Apple Cider with cruddy Absolut Vodka. Have a super chilled Martini tonight and a cold glass of cider tomorrow morning before PT.
I just bought some cider today in the nountains and I can't wait to drink it in the morning.
I'm drinking a Stoli & Tonic now. FYI!

I don't know why you want to spoil Absolute vodka by mixing it with apple cider. Best to keep the two separate like a shot and a beer. Take a little sip of the Absolute then douse the flame with a sip of cider..Just make sure you aren't drinking hard cider with the vodka or that will certainly knock you on your rump.

Chill that Vodka in your freezer. Do 1 oz shots and chase with a cold beer. Dont mix it with the cider....your not a girl. Absolut is a great tasting vodka on the rocks as well. Especially with a lemon twist. Shots and beers baby....you gotta roll with me on this.
