Everyone is different, learn your limits.
At your weight, I would estimate 4-5 shots would get you tipsy.

I can never understand why someone wants to push their limitations on consuming alcohol. I will tell you that if your weight is 95 pounds. you should not push the limit more than five shots depending on your tolerance. Permit me to say that I pushed my limit once knowingly and almost died. You are risking your life by taking the unnecessary chance of consuming the maximum amount of spirituous alcohol your body can take. This will grow in your life to take more and more chances and one day you will wake up and ten years have gone by and all you have is a hangover and fair weather friends trying to get out of you what they can.
The reason I feel I can say this is because it happened to me.
Why do you not think about the reasons you drink and what you can do to modify your consumption so that you are not at risk of making bad decisions such as driving when you are over the limit of legal consumption, or possibly even dying?
I know I am preaching to a young person and I don't think you will heed this but; The only thing I can think of my own former problem is it is a bad example of how to live. Now I am 6 years sober and VERY old (51). If you watch the other people who drink as you described as you go through life you will see them either get a grip on their drinking; or live a most unhappy life being a slave to the most harmful, legal Intoxicating substance.

4-5 shots would probably do more than just make you tipsy, it'd make you drunk. Being about 105 lbs myself, I'd say 2-3 would get you tipsy. 4-5 is drunk. 6+ would make you sick.
That also depends on the proof of the vodka, although it would usually be around 80. Anyhow, eat before you take the shots, wait in-between shots, and try to chase the shots. Just know your limit. When you can't see or walk straight, stop.

It also depends if you have eaten or on an empty stomach...If it's the later (empty stomach) 2 shots will get a 95 lb person tipsy, no doubt...a full stomach will double it to 4 shots...anymore than that will cause problems walking...

It depends....
2 for a buzz
3 to feel good
4 to get tipsy
5 to get sloppy
6 to toss your cookies
Of course, there is no perfectly correct answer, as it will vary depending on how fast you drink, how long ago you ate, how much sleep you've had... Just take a shot, wait 10 minutes, and then decide if you want another.

It depends on how many glasses of water you have prior to drinking. If you drink the 64 oz that you are supposed to a day, you will be able to drink more alcohol at night and wont have the crazy hangover in the morning. Its not about how many- Just have fun but be responsible.
Drink your water and eat.
