do they have to transfer my records to the other doctor?
if i dont ask the office to transfer the records will they do it anyway?
the reason im asking these questions is because i want to go this different cardiologist for a second opinion, so i dont want him to be influenced by my old cardiologist and his opinions, i am in the usa.

you should probably go to a new cardiologist in a different office. that way the new one won't have any biased 2nd opinions.

they dont need to see them for a second opinion. I think it would be better if the other doctor were not in the same office. they might have already discussed your case who knows. better an impartial opinion from someone else.
