You need to try all the different teas out there. Ask friends an relatives if they have different teas that you could have. Or if you have lots of money, but many different boxes of tea that might interest you. Sometimes different tea companies will have "sampler" boxes that have 2 or 3 teas of 6-7 kinds of teas.

if you don't like the taste of tea, you might be out of luck. You can't force yourself to like something. You either like it or not. Hopefully youll find something you like and will be able to add milk, or honey, or sugar to it to make it taste good.

I'd give my kid tea at any age after 1. Not a lot, not every day. I drink sweet tea, and I don't really see a problem with it except the sugar and caffeine. So I'd limit it for my kids until they were like 8 maybe. Coffee... I started drinking when I was 11, almost every morning. I will probably let my kids drink some when they are 13 or so. It doesn't stunt growth by the way, but they don't need all that caffeine.

Well, I don't get why you would force your self to drink something you don't like. If you like coffee drink it but just don't over drink. Have a goal to only have a cup a day or something along those lines and if you don't cheat all week go out and buy something nice for you self.

If you really want to start drinking tea I suggest Red Rose tea. It's so good and I love it. I used to put a lot of sugar and milk in mine when I was younger but now I drink it with no milk and not much sugar at all.

They have lots of teas on the market. You can go with teas that have caffeine. OR you can go with herbal teas that contain no caffeine. There are lots of flavors. Some are peppermint, mint medley, orange variations, ciders, and many more. Shop around. Don't be afraid to try new things. You probably won't like them all, BUT you should like some. Further there are different things you can put in teas. Try honey or sugar or milk. You might even be able to put a little coffee in a tea.

If you are not a fan of tea I would try milder teas like herbals and white tea. Black tea can be harsh tasting if it is oversteeped. Lipton makes a white tea with Peach, also try the Tazo tea line they have several good flavors, or even Stash Tea. Also make sure you are steeping them with freshly boiled water for the recommended amount of time which varies between brands and flavors. Don't oversugar because then it's nothing more than hot sugar water.

you could start off by trying some fruity flavored teas. I know that when I started drinking tea, I started with Lemon, Orange, etc. Bigelow Tea's make a wide variety of teas, so you should check them out and see if any of the flavors appeal to you.
