I was just at a Red White Black wedding!! It really looked nice. You would be surprised how glamorous it really looks! I would just make sure to include some more elegant looking flowers. Maybe add in some calla lilies with your roses. The are a really elegant flower and they really fancy things up. I would just make sure to use a lot of tulle and clear lights to decorate. They didn't do much to the tables except loose rose petals all over them. It was a nice touch and it looked great. If there are any specifics you are wondering about. Let me know and I will let you know what they did. Your dress is really pretty!

That's a nice dress. I think it'll be just fine for the wedding.

If you are stressed about your wedding maybe you could consider making it smaller or getting rid of some details here or there. I'm not the kind of girl to have a big princess wedding or any kind of wedding really. My dream wedding was always going to be at the courthouse (and it will be in the next few months) and going out to dinner with family afterwards. Do what you want for your wedding. It's about starting off your married life together and do you really want to do that all stressed and frustrated?

That dress is beautiful. It wont look gothic as long as you accent with some white or silver here and there. Dont drape everything with black because that will make it too dark. Black and red can be a beautiful combo for a wedding if done right.

The dress is beautiful....Me personally would not do black at all. I like the red its very tasteful. I planned my whole wedding by myself and everything turned out lovely. If black and red is the colors you really want do it because its whatever makes you happy. You can do what that other girl said use black as an accent and don't over do it with the black so it wont' look like a goth wedding. Any questions drop me a line:) I always wanted to be a wedding planner but never ended u pdoing it just help others now.

I have seen bridesmaids in all black before. it looks very elegant. if you make sure that you stick with all things elegant then you can pull it off. try using silver also. you can make this look very traditional. during or after christmas you need to start looking at decorations including lights. you can buy the same lights you find on wedding aisles for half the price. if you wait till after christmas even more. if you pay attention a lot of the christmas decor would look great for a wedding. especially the silver things. i saw beautiful black beaded wire garland just yesterday. sometimes you have to think outside the box. even if you have someone doing you wedding for you, go up and down every aisle of craft stores and just look. you will be suprised with the great ideas that you come up with. Everyone thought that our caterer made our favors, but a couple of bridesmaids helped me.

Your dress is stunning.

April is a time for Spring colors. But .. in this era, anything goes.

However, it's your wedding .. and you want, what you want .. as every girl does.

What you could do .. is to try not to accent much black .. but add a lot of white with the red .. it would be dazzling.

A red rose bouquet would be gorgeous. Red .. against very white .. is so incredibly beautiful.

Lots of weddings that are done in red .. are usually at Christmas time .. and at Valentine's.

There are so many things that you could use with the white .. then add your touches of red .. which would carry your theme color of red throughout your wedding. Like .. a white satin pillow that will carry your rings could be white satin with red stitching at places on the pillow. Black will probably take away the tenderness of white & red.

If you definitely want black, too .. then it would probably be wise to tone-down the black, so it won't look gothic.

Your dress is gorgeous. I do not think just using black and red will make it look goth, it really depends on how you are using the colors. As long as you keep it elegant I think you will be fine.

Talk to your florist about the bouquet options. You can also use white as an accent instead of black, such as white ribbon. I think black ribbon may look too dark.

I think more information would be need on what decorations you are planning to help with additional suggestions.

Here is a bouquet that I think would work, it has some pinks so as to not be too dark:

Here is one that is all red but has pearls entwined, it's really beautiful:

You could also go with something like this all white roses, and have the bridesmaids with red:

I am sure you will find the perfect thing to go with your dresses. Good luck!

That dress is lovely. You can't really avoid the goth look if you stick with the black and red. I mean what color combo is more goth than that. You need to just have a little bit of black like for accents and go with the red alone or a red and white with black. If you say black and red you are gonna wind up with everyone in black and it will look more like afuneral than a wedding. Red with a bit of black can be very stunning but you need to be very careful if you want to avoid any goth conotations.
