Somewhere between 10:30 and 11:00... You're old enough to figure it out for yourself. And I don't think you need a bed-time on the weekend.
I didn't have a bedtime at that age. As long as I got up for school, my parents didn't care, but I never stayed up past 11. I had a time limit for being on the phone, which was 9.
Good luck! :)

when I was in the 6Th grade i had to be asleep by 8:00
but my parents are strict 2 u should be by 8:30
please don't u all give thumbs down kids of that age should not be going to bed past 9:00 and 8:30 gives them time to get ready for bed
whats with everyone saying she needs her sleep so 10:00 or 11:00 like whats up with that kids of the ages 10-12 need 12 hours of sleep that if you have to wake up at 8 then you go to bed at 8

Coming from a 17 year olds perspective, i think the typical 12 year old bedtime should be 9.
At 9 o' clock good shows come on but you would be tempted to watch them instead of doing homework. I think if your parents really weren't strict you should aim for 9:30-10 because thats when the good shows end and/or begin.
Just don't make your parents regret letting you choose your own bedtime.

NO bedtime? Wow. I'm almost 13 and I go to bed at 9 because I have to get up early, and when I go to bed at 9 I feel best in the morning.

I have an 11 year old whose bedtime is 9:00. He is very responsible, gets up on his own and is ready to leave on time.
His sister, who is 13, had the same bedtime until she started getting up late. I had to call her many times to get up. Finally she would get up and make me late for work because she ran late. I bumped her bedtime back to 8:30 until she can prove she is responsible enough to get up on time. So far she has done well.
I guess my answer would be 9:00.

I doubt you are getting enough sleep, and your schoolwork will suffer. If your parents don't take responsibility for this, then you should show some maturity of your own and go to bed at a reasonable hour. We simply aren't going to be impressed by how late you go to bed, I'm afraid. Real life isn't like that.
