To help get rid of the pain for good, try stretches. Try to get into physical therapy so they can show you the best stretches for your problem. Believe me, I tried to lessen the pain for a long time by using OTC or prescription drugs. After PT, I rarely need the drugs and now I know what to do when I start to hurt again. What a relief!

Good Luck,
C-ya

Liquid Aleve for the pain....then go to the health store and look up hip and joint pain in a book called Prescription for Natural Healing. It should tell you to try msm and some other supplements that help with healing and joint repair.
