From the caliber and serial number, I would say that the revolver is a Model 1905 Hand Ejector, Fourth Change. This model is also known as the Military and Police Model especially when chambered in .38 S&W SPL.

This version of the Military and Police was made between May 21, 1915, and July, 1924. Serial numbers run from 65,701 to 127,160.

At a guess, I'd say your revolver was made in late 1915 or early in 1916.

If it has a corrugated trigger, and grips straps, it is a target model.

Chambered in .38 SPL, this revolver became known as the Model 10 in the late 1950's. Prior to that time, Smith & Wesson named their models and did not give model numbers.

The few .32 WCF Military & Police revolvers I have encountered have been excellent shooters.
