If God is unquestionably God, then shouldn't he/she be waiting to observe anyone having intercourse (and doing each and every little thing else) each and every of the time? I dont strategies God watching me screw....long as i'm doing it good!

If you grant that the Yaweh of the Pentateuch is all that is claimed for him, then he almost certainly was. And, presumably, he was pleased by this because then Adam and Eve were functioning as designed. He did, allegedly, instruct them to "be fruitful and multiply". And that means "doing it". A lot.
