Earlier today, I had a creamy white coating on my tongue and then it turned into a creamy yellow coating on my tongue. The inside of my cheeks (inside my mouth) look swollen kind of like they have a lot of tissue in them. I have a red spot on the inside of my cheek and it looked like a big pimple and later a yellow head formed on it. My cheek hurts right now. The spot is sensitive and sore. I've diagnosed myself with oral herpes, oral thrush, moniliasis, and all other things. What would explain my white and yellow tongue, my big red pimple with a yellow head on the inside of my cheek, and my mouth pain. I also have thick and sticky saliva sometimes. My mouth just looks real funy inside! If there is something wrong, how do I get rid o it?

Yesterday, I was around second-hand smoke near me. I also inhaled a puff of smoke and blew it back out. I did it twice today. I also have bad breath due to the paper smoking!

The pimple-thing could be a blocked salivary duct or an apthous ulcer . (none of this sounds like herpes at all). You could have thrush, but that doesn't happen in people without other health compromising issues (diabetes, HIV, use or steroid inhalers for asthma). Thick, ropey saliva happens with excess consumption of sugar (which could also lead to the tongue stuff). I would do a really thorough brush, floss and tongue scraping. Rinse for the sore spot. If you notice swelling (very obvious) on the same side as the sore, it might be a blocked duct. To unblock, stretch your cheek back and run your thumb from your ear forward. This will force saliva through the duct and clear it out. (but in all liklihood, you have a canker sore).

Might be thrush, go check out a a doctor. Do not try to diagnose yourself. You need medications to get rid of half that stuff. Seriously it's in your best interest to see a professional.

You need to see a doctor in case this rash spreads and not to scare you but what if it spreads down your esophagus and causes your airway to swell up. Not trying to scare you, I just feel you should see a doc and get some sort of anti-fungal or anti-biotic. I would go as soon as possible.

I love diagnosing myself, I do it often, make myself crazy and I am usually wrong! But since I always give myself something fatal, I guess being wrong is good!
Go to the dentist or your primary care physician for the proper diagnosis. If you treat it yourself and not sure of what it is, you may make it worse.
