Yes, a bottle of Moet Chandon is valuable. Take it to a wine vendor who knows his products, he can tell you the value, current selling price, and if its still drinkable. You are talking nearly 30 years which would be vinegar, mind you a good one.

possibly, but I'm not sure.
Generally, most wines (champagne is a sparkling wine) are better as they age, but after some time (10-20 years), they start degrading and start tasting more vinegary.
If you've kept in a temperature controlled setting and such, it could be worth a lot...
Call a liquor store and ask.
