My boyfriend has really been having some money and job problems. Is there a spell that could help me help him? I'm Wiccan. If you're not then please at least respect my religion and not give me comments saying spells are stupid or I'm delusional. Thank you. With that said... please does anyone have any advice? I'm young and still learning but I'm so very dedicated especially to my boyfriend. He's almost about to get kicked out by him room mates if he doesn't pay rent and it's all because his boss fired him because one of the people he was waiting on left without paying the check. So to make a looong story short... I'll put as much belief and dedication into this spell that's possible and so will he. I've looked through my books but I don't have over half the supplies they tell me to have. So is there anything simple yet powerful? Pleeease and thankyou.

Yes, we're doing everything possible besides magic to try and make things better. He's trying so hard looking for other jobs and getting bigger tips and applying to SO MANY places. He has good resumes too with lots of good places he's worked and everything. It's just no one's hiring now. I really want him to have a nice job because he deserves it. And in time too. Because if he doesn't get a job soon he's going to have to move to Nevada with friends cause he'll have nowhere else to go. And I won't be able to go because I'm only but 17 and not 18 yet. So it's a very sticky situation. Thank you all of you for the advise. I'll try everything. But no thank you to those of you whom are trying to 'save' me. I have respect for the Christian Church but don't force your religion upon be just because you think my way is Satan's doing. You couldn't be more wrong.

Your best bet (and an appropriate one since the moon is in a waning phase) is to do a spell to banish your boyfriend's debt.
Write the word "DEBT" on a small piece of paper while visualizing that word as actually being the debt that your boyfriend is suffering right now. Then burn the piece of paper in a fireproof bowl, visualizing the debt being destroyed at the same time.
Props are just aids to visualization. You don't need expensive tools or materials in order to create an effective spell.

(I'm assuming, of course, that you're already both doing everything possible on the non-magical front to change the situation. Magic should, in my opinion, be used in conjunction with other practical problem-solving methods, not as the sole solution.)

Everything in life is a pendulum. For every down, there is an up, and vice versa. There are things that can be done to help that push back upwards, but it mainly consists of hard work.
Rather than try to find a spell to take care of the whole situation, do little things for each little step. Have him wear plume agate on his body somewhere (or carry Devil's shoestring) when he goes for a job interview somewhere else (also when he's writing his resume). Start looking on craigs list or in the paper now for a new apartment. Maybe try this "find a home" spell:
*To find a new home, gather everyone who will live in the new home for this ritual. First, light a blue candle and calm everyone. Then chant "We now live in the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood." If any doubts or thoughts come up, say the word, "thought." Imagine the thought going into the flame and burning up. The released energy will help you continue your chant. After several minutes, speak the chant louder. Imagine the energy becoming a tornado moving upward into the universe to find the perfect home for you. Release the energy into the universe, knowing that you will be guided to the perfect home.*
Everything takes a little elbow grease, but you can find things that will help the process along.

I'm not disrepecting your religion but a spell isn't what is needed here.
Hard work and dedication is what will help his career. If this employer is unfair, try another job.

Yes take three feathers from the tail end of a rooster Two cups of green swamp water and boil it with seven mouse droppings. Stir in the feathers and bring to a boil. While he drinks the drew chant you will find work by the beard of your chin chin chin three times turn around in a circle and the spell will begin to work. This is a very powerful spell and the brew is delicious.

You have to find it and break it, or ward off the influence.
You may need a Shaman to do so.
