Ugh I cant stand that. They are so nosy. Nothing going on in their lives. Just deal with it or give her the boot. Shes just going to keep being nosy and not let you know.

Keep your personal things locked up. When she's nosey or inquisitive, just don't tell her anything. She should get the message. It's preferable that you be in your room while she cleans it because she WILL snoop if you are not there. A more drastic step is to keep your room off limits to her and clean it yourself. Keep it locked all the times even while you are having meals in the dining room because they will go in there while you are busy eating. Given a chance they might steal your money from your wallet.

Having someone in your business is one of the prices of home help.
Keep your personal stuff out of sight, in a locked drawer or cupboard and take the time to have a talk with your employee about confidentiality.
You could mention that you are a private person and don't want your business discussed with others, or you will not be able to trust her and will have to let her go.
And, if you do NOT trust her, terminate her employment immediately.
It's a natural human reaction to have some curiosity about how others live, but if you feel she's crossed the boundary (which you, as the employer get to set), then it's time to find a new cleaner!
Cheers :-)

Depends on what she's doing to be nosey. Is she going through your things? Then fire her outright. If you can't trust someone who has run of your house, you're in trouble. If she's asking personal questions, she may just be doing it to be friendly. Honestly, it IS best if you get along. But if she asks things that make you uncomfortable, go ahead and tell her that that particular avenue of conversation is closed.

Exactly what is she doing that is nosey?
You need more details than this.
I would either talk to her or complain to her employer or just find another one.

Tell her if she values her job (unless of course you are doing something illegal) she should mind her own business.

tell her you pay her to clean not to ask personal questions or give advice - your not trying to be rude but you think it would work out better to keep things as professional as possible -
