1 Corinthians 15:1-4 has the Gospel. The entire Bible says salvation is by grace through faith in Christ apart from our works.
Jesus said He is the only way to heaven.

I can only answer for myself and share my thoughts and will most likely get thumbs down from both Christians and non-Christian (+_+). Oh well, here it goes:
I believe that the bible is the inspired word of God and that Jesus is the only way. I spend much time in the study of God's word and try to live my life according to what it says. If I did not fully, with every ounce of my being believe this, then I would live my life different. I don't set in judgement of you, if you are not a Christian and neither am I wishy washy in my beliefs. I know in whom I believe.
If I truly want a non-believer to understand the God I serve then it starts with showing love not condemnation. Romans 5:8 says "BUT GOD COMMENDETH HIS LOVE TOWARD US, IN THAT, WHILE WE WERE YET SINNERS, CHRIST DIED FOR US." We should be following in His footsteps.
We as Christians are not suppose to spend our time judging. 1 Corinthians 4:5. Therefore, judge not before the time:
Romans 3:10 says " There is none righteous, no, not one:" It's important that we as Christians remember that it is God on the throne and not us.
I do not judge you or damn you or anyone else. I am not qualified nor would I want that job. I don't try to shove my God down anyone's throat. All of that being said, I still believe that my God is the true god or I wouldn't serve Him. Deep in my heart, I want everyone to experience the same relationship that I have with God but it's your right to choose to have the relationship as well as to believe or not believe.
You will often run into Christians who have different doctrine or disagree in areas of the bible. You will run into people who are "believe like I believe or you will die and go to hell". Most Christians have certain areas that they believe "you gotta believe like me". I personally have issues with some denominational teachings because I feel it's in direct conflict with the scripture but in the end, it's between them and God. I don't damn then. But I do have to admit, I sure enjoy a good biblical debate.

I think that a religion people who believe in a god who would damn all non christians breeds ignorance and intolerance.
BTW for the rude girl quoting scripture :The Bible doesn't say that Christ is the way, the New Testament does. If you're going to try to slam people using your book don't you think you should get your facts straight?

No, I don't believe that true Christians damn other Christians, we can agree to disagree, but I have never heard of a Christian damning another one. The God of Christians gives everyone the same chance to accept him or reject him. He does not send non-believers to hell , they choose to go. He offered up his only Son to pay the price for their sins, for all of our sins, and if someone is too stupid to accept that gift, then they make the choice to go to hell. Look at it this way, someone gives you a check book and tells you that everything that you need can be paid for with this check book. But you never open the check book and you never use the checks. You live your entire life in poverty, because you refused to open up the check book and use it. This is like your salvation. God offers salvation to everyone, it is only when they choose not to accept Jesus as their Savior that they don't get into heaven, see Jesus is the one that paid the price for our sins and it is through Him that we are cleansed. We are bought an paid for with the blood of the Son of God. If someone refuses to accept the gift, then they make the choice to go to hell, God did not choose to send them. They choose to go.

There is only one solution to this problem: Select whichever religion has the WORST version of hell! That way, if you are right, you don't go there. If you are wrong, at least you aren't going to the worst possible hell.
The universe is more complex than we tiny rock-bound spacefarers realize. Culture corrupts relgion.

Yes, its a false "god" that would damn people for not knowing or believing in his way.
A truly loving "god" would be full of forgiveness and education not eternal damnation and hellfire. Thats pretty evil imo, more devil like then "god" like.

Hell is a component of Christianity and belief in the one true God -- why would a non-Christian care about something they say they don't believe in!?!?!?!??!

any god that claims to be the only god is inherently false.
by nature, any god/s are subjective, non-provable, none any more provable than the other.
The only objective form of any god/dess is the name/concept, and since we can list and describethousands of gods, therefore all are as valid as the others. Except that any god claiming to be the only one is LESS valid because of the clear falsehood...
unless he/she/it proves it/her/himself; extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
