Does anyone have a tattoo right in the middle of the chest, like right on that center bone?
How bad does it hurt?

Ok so it really hurts, but is it bearable?
I have one on my ankle, and another on my wrist and those didnt bother me one bit, so do you think I will be able to handle this?

well i have tattooed my chest and now i have finished them. the two sparrows were my first and the artist asked if i was sure i wanted them on my chest and not my back. so i said **** it and got them were i wanted. it wasn't that bad at all. i now have a full chest piece and i think it was worth it. yeah it hurt but i have other tattoos that hurt a little more. but the pain itsn't that bad. i do have really high pain tolerance but you said you have other tattoos so it shouldn't be that bad. i hope this helped and if you do decide to get whatever it is you want to get, i hope you show it to us.

I have 2 tattoos over my breasts that meet in the middle, on my sternum.
It hurt terribly, but honestly, it was completely worth it, and I would go through that pain again and again.
EDIT: I also have a wrist tattoo, but I thought it was really painful too. It wasn't nearly as bad as my chest though.

I can honestly say that the guys I know say its THE most painful area they have had tattooed. My husband needs one finished and a friend needs one touched up, and its been awhile.
On a scale of 1-10 prolly a 8-9.

i had a chest piece done that took 6 and half hours with only two ten minute breaks it hurt like hell especially by my collar bones and right on the sternum on a 1 -10 scale i would give it a nine. in the end though its always worth it.

yeah I have 7 stars going across my chest the center one right on the breast bone was more irritating then the rest but no big deal but i have 31 tat's soo how high is your pain tolerance?

Anywhere around that area is PAINFUL (chest area).
I'm telling you if you really want that be prepared.
On a scale of 1-10 I would say a 10.

my husband has his chest tattooed and out of his three very large tattoos he said it hurt the most and he doesn't eve want to have his chest tattooed again. (it's not quite finished) i think he did really great during the three hour session but he said it was brutal.

i have a malt. cross with master of puppets on mine. it hurt like hell. on a scale of 1-10 i give that spot a 7.5 or 8. then when hot shower water hit it i give that a 12.5 maybe even a four letter "f" word.
