You would have to define "contradicting belief". Some of the genuinely saved people had very different views of things, but they agreed that first, they had sinned and fallen short of God's standards. Who can compare to 100% perfection? The next step was to admit they needed a Savior, who was and is Jesus Christ. One of the other responders gave a splendid list of Bible verses, so let me encourage you to read them. Finally, they had to personally ASK to be saved!
May I give a corny example? I could believe that a doctor had a cure for the common cold or the flu (it IS getting close to flu season!) and I could believe that the medicine could keep me from getting a case of the flu. I've had it a few times, vaccines or not, and frankly don't want it again! But if I didn't take the medicine, guess what would happen, sooner or later??? Just the same, to recognize something with your mind isn't the same as believing with your heart. The denomination, or the name over the door of any church should give you a clue as to what they believe, and the beliefs may or may not agree to what the Bible itself teaches. The important thing is to read the Bible, asking questions when you are genuinely stumped or confused about a passage (we've all been there!) and to ask the Lord Jesus Christ to take away your sins. I've done it and trust me, there isn't a better feeling in the world than knowing that the God of the universe wants to love YOU!

"Sup" is a shortened term for "What's up?" While I'm not as "down with the homies", I've never heard of that term being used as an acronym. If he uses "Sup" as a greeting or the first thing he says when he sees/meets someone, it's unlikely that it means what you think it means. I am a young, Asian, studious university student and I myself frequently use "Sup" as a greeting, as do many of my friends of varying ethnic groups, ages and backgrounds. So I very much doubt that the used of the greeting "Sup" is a definitive sign of him partaking in gang activity. Likewise, listening to rap music is not a definitive sign of gang activity either. There are various types of raps, also with various meanings. Perhaps take all of his behaviour as a whole to make a judgement, rather than a portion of it, as it can be misleading. While you, as his parent, is responsible for his upbringing, there is nothing wrong with, perhaps, consulting with an expert about whether his behaviour could constitute a relation to gang behaviour or activity. Best of luck.

In the King James Version ,in the New Testament book of
John Chapter 14 verse 6 is written Jesus saith unto him "I am
the way,the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father,
but by me". The only people who will be saved are those
who have put their faith and trust in Our Lord and Saviour
Jesus Christ. And have accepted his dying on the cross of
calvary for the sins of the world as well as your sin and my sin.
Then he was buried and rose again on the 3rd day, revealed
himself to his disciples, then ascended in to heaven which
was witnessed by a group of 500 believers.2 angels who
were present explained that the same Jesus will return in like
manner. We, as Christians are looking forward to this fact.
We are only saved by accepting what Jesus Christ has done.
Christians are followers of Jesus Christ. Religion on the
other hand is a man made thing and there are thousands of
religions. Which are man's way of 'trying' to get to heaven.
Each human being has to make a personal decision to be
a follower of Jesus Christ or not.

The ONLY way to be saved, is through Jesus Christ, repent daily follow the word of God and do not be deceived by false 'religion' (which God never created a ''religion'') faults prophets, like Joel Olsten-feel good places like that- not by works but by faith.
Don't compare your self to other Christians that compare there selves to other not right christians- Compare your self to the Word of God- and be saved.
God don't want us to do the things like the world does, we are to be set apart, not dressing sexual, listing to the same stuff that every body else does, watching the stuff that they do but set apart.
Every body that says they are a christian...is not a Christian, like you couldn't tell that! they are just called hypocrite!
Confess Jesus, repent AND TURN from SIN and keep repenting because every day we sin. Follow the Word of God-not tradition/religion....once saved always saved is a LIE.
Add:
the noadays Christian, is a sad thing, all the technology we have, we are the weakest Christians out there, most are just as worldly as the world.

Being "saved" means any person, no matter what denomination that believes that Jesus Christ is God and died
for their sins is save. 1 John 5:1. People have quirks about
their beliefs but they are still all believers. It means they practice
their faith differently on earth but we all have the same destination.

Most folks mistakenly think that being saved means being saved from the pits of hell, but it is not. It's being saved from THIS life, saved from your past.
And yes, two people with contradictory beliefs can be saved.
