How about the early roman religions? How could we have Harry Potter books if Harry didn't exist? How do you think?

The word "Christ" existed in the Greek language before the life of the Master now known as Jesus
Even the concept of "The Annointed" as referred to in the meaning of the word "Christ" existed in earlier Egyptian initiate traditions.
Thus since it was named previously it was known previously and therefore also there were those long before Christianity that made such known.
Christianity may well claim to 'own' the word/name "Christ" like some trademark but they were never successful in irradicating all the previous information that today provides a wider view that that offered by the many versions of 'Official Christianity'
The truth is out there
misinformation is everywhere

Hunh? Doesn't mean a thing. Warner Brothers has been turning out cartoons for decades in spite of the fact that Bugs Bunny doesn't actually exist. There's no empirical evidence at all for the existence of Harvey the Invisible Rabbit, but that didn't stop Universal from making the film "Harvey" back in 1950.

Well, I don't suppose that Christianity would exist in its present form without the characters central to it.
Different characters at its inception might have made it better, or worse.

Aesity means self-existence. Aesity explains the metaphysical nature of God as a purely self-existent being that exists in complete actuality. God is not a being that is created by another god; neither does God create himself into existence. Rather, God has always existed as an unchanging, completely actualized being.
God has his Being of himself and to himself such that he is Absolute being and the definition of existence.
Since God’s essence is his nature and God’s existence is the same as his essence it follows that God is existence.

Saul of Tarsus made it up as he went along. He took the Messianic promises of the Essenes, the teachings of savior god mystery schools, and his own personality to create Christianity and pass his home made cult off to the entire world.

There is non Christian historic evidence of Jesus but...
I believe Jesus is real because I have experienced God's presence, miracles, seen angels and tested God's word:
http://www.kingdom-gospel.com/bible.html
You can prove God's Word in 3 ways::
1. Do the word in doctrine and witness truth in your life-
John 7:16-17:
"...'My teaching is not Mine, but His who sent Me. If any man is willing to do His will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it is of God, or whether I speak from Myself.' "
2. The Holy Spirit will bear witness of Christ (Jesus is the Word of God - John chapter 1)-
John 15:26:
" 'When the Comforter is come, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, He will bear witness of Me.' "
3. Confirming signs-
Mark 16:20:
"And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them, and confirmed the Word by the signs that followed."

Paul. There would be no Christianity without Paul. Easily could have been someone other than Jesus.
