Sleeping naked is awesome! Even in cold weather, it feels really great to slide naked under a pile of covers and feel the heat from your body slowly warm up the bed around you. Once you try it you'll probably love it, and never want to sleep any other way.

What's the big deal? You were born that way, and only began to cover up once you began to develop a sense of being something other than a naked ape - and realized that getting up to go pee in the middle of the night can be darn chilly come wintertime absent a good pair of jammies...
Okay, enough picking on ya..you asked, so here it is: probably half the adults in the world, and slightly more of the men, sleep in the buff. The only reason you want to do it is it seems so different. I slept in the buff for a few years, found it boring and uncomfortable and now I put on a set of scrubs when I hit the sack. I suspect after awhile the newness will wear off for you, too, and you'll go back to jammies or something of that nature.

In the summer time it is good because it is too hot.
In the winter/fall when it is cold I don't sleep naked myself because it gets cold on my back and I don't like that feeling.
It is up to the person of how they feel about sleeping in the nude or partly clothed.

Feels great! Especially in warm weather or next to your sweetheart! Lots of people do it, just be sure if you live in an earthquake or tornado zone, or in a place with old iffy electrical circuits or gas power, you keep a grab bag next to the bed if you need to zip out in a hurry for an emergency! Or if you time travel, like the guy on Journeyman!

I used to sleep naked but now that I have kids I never know when one of them will show up in my room with a nightmare!!

Heh, my girlfreind and I sleep skinny cause it actually feels great, no clothes to have to worry about riding up north places, getting tangled and caught, you're free basically, and actualyl probably healthy in a way provided both or, yourself, have taken a bath before hand. If you have kids, keep the door locked.

It is very comfortable and relaxing. Only way to know is to try.
